OUR STORY
The Dr. Jumoke Aromasodu Education Foundation Ltd/GTE was established by Mrs. ‘Yemisi Ayeni in loving memory of her mother Dr. (Mrs.) Jumoke Aromasodu, a compassionate medical professional who dedicated her life not only to public health but also to supporting children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Inspired by her mother’s legacy of generosity, Mrs. ‘Yemisi Ayeni set up the Foundation to continue this impact in a structured and sustainable way. The Foundation’s goal is to pay school fees for children who would otherwise be denied access to education giving them a chance to succeed.
WHAT WE DO
We pay school fees for children from underprivileged homes, with a focus on:

Our Impact
Since inception in September 2015, the Foundation has made measurable impact:
- Over 598 school fees paid across 11 academic years
- 80% of beneficiaries are girls
- Average of 18 students supported per term
- Up to ₦1.5M in school fees paid in a single term
